Total Sustainability Strategy for Manhattan Skyscraper

Overview Our client is a foreign government setting up a permanent consulate in Manhattan. The building was a high-rise glass tower consisting of mixed use space with government offices, living spaces and a conference center.

Challenge Altanova devised a plan to attain the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold standard to ensure the highest level of sustainable design.

Solutions We employed an integrative design process to ensure the heat, water and energy usage throughout the mixed usage areas as efficient as possible through our careful selection of MEP sytems and sustainable feature design incorporation.
