Supply Chain Risk Analysis
A supply chain risk analysis is Altanova’s way of identifying significant risks to the company’s supply chain. The analysis uncovers and helps clients reverse practices that waste resources and dampen profits.
To do this we conduct a review of the company and its product life-cycle. This review identifies areas in which we can help the client increase resource efficiency across the value chain. Our initial investigation focuses on environmental, health, safety, and sustainability (EHS&S) risks. We then extrapolate from these how they may affect a client in five ways; Reputation, Energy, Climate, Water and Regulation.
By looking at the supply chain through the lens of the these five factors we can take action to increase revenue and lower costs.
“Only through the integration of environmental and social factors into business and management reporting will the fundamental connection between financial performance and sustainability will be made clear.” – Oliver Wyman
