Approach/Challenges
This NYC-headquartered software development company needed to respond to investor inquiries about its ESG performance, while raising its ESG commitments to continue appealing to its young consumers.
Results
A first step was to develop and align internally on a corporate vision for sustainability and benchmark the global portfolio’s energy, water, and waste data. The company also launched a global real estate sustainability strategy, based on portfolio re-location, reduction of on-site energy consumption and building energy and wellbeing certifications. We successfully led the team through their first CDP filing based on this data to respond to the investor inquiries.
