Approach
We analyzed the suitability of installation at each site in the company’s global real estate portfolio, spread across 4 continents. In addition to engineering and economic feasibility, the plans considered local, environmental, and regulatory constraints to create an implementable plan.
Results
Based on the results of our analysis, we chose two sites greatest potential ROI, and we proposed the installation of PV plants at these locations.
